Job summary

Blibli is seeking a Warehouse Operations & Excellence Officer in Indonesia to plan, optimize and execute warehouse operations, ensuring SLAs and cost efficiency. You will leverage data to drive continuous improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will work within the Fulfilment At Speed (FAS) initiative, turning complex warehouse processes into reliable, scalable operations and delivering a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field with GPA 3.3 or higher.
• 1–2 years experience in Supply Chain Management or warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret complex data, build reports, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Good business acumen with the ability to understand objectives and support projects that exceed performance targets.
• Advanced data analysis skills with the ability to turn insights into measurable operational improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A continuous improvement mindset with strong ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize warehouse capacity based on forecasted demand by allocating resources effectively and managing daily operations to consistently meet SLAs.
• Drive cost efficiency and manpower excellence by streamlining processes, supporting recruitment and training plans, and building an agile, high-performing operations team.
• Develop impactful reports and dashboards by translating operational data into actionable insights that support smarter business and client decisions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven approaches to enhance productivity, quality, and overall operational excellence.
• Coordinate end-to-end warehouse execution by working closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.
• Make fast, data-driven decisions under pressure to resolve operational challenges and maintain high service levels.
• Support operational projects that align warehouse performance with business and client objectives.
