Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues via chat, email, or in-person meetings.
• Build relationships and engage with merchants.
• Conduct on-site warehouse visits to troubleshoot issues in the field.
• Collaborate with technical, product, and warehouse operations teams.
• Document findings and share learnings with the team.
• Explain technical concepts simply and build rapport with merchants.
• Visit warehouses on-site and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proactive in troubleshooting and quick to learn new systems.
• Maintain meticulous ticket documentation.
