Job summary

Schneider Electric Batam is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and optimize warehouse operations within our Batam Logistics Platform. You will oversee receiving, inventory, issuing and shipping activities while ensuring safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 3 years experience in warehouse or logistics, and proven leadership in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience leading operational teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory management, material issuing, and shipping.
• Ensure on-time delivery and production continuity through smooth warehouse operations.
• Drive inventory accuracy and compliance with warehouse procedures.
• Monitor capacity and optimize material flow.
• Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team; implement training.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
