Schneider Electric Batam seeks an experienced Industrial Project Leader to head complex manufacturing initiatives from planning through closure.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, set detailed plans, and manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and performance to deliver on time and within budget. This role emphasizes procurement coordination and stakeholder management in a multinational setting.

Competenze

• 8+ years of project management in manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record delivering complex manufacturing/industrial projects on time and budget.
• Strong procurement background and supplier coordination experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams and coordinating stakeholders.
• Solid grasp of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management and governance.
• Analytical, structured, and data-driven decision making.
