Job summary

Caterpillar Indonesia in Jakarta is seeking a Warehouse Support Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate receipt and storage of materials, and collaborate with logistics partners to meet business requirements.

You will manage inventory control, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, supervise staff, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety, quality and environment standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in warehouse, logistics, or materials management.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Experience supervising warehouse staff.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with import/export documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations and material handling.
• Ensure inventory is accurately received, stored, controlled, and issued.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP and warehouse systems.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and documentation.
• Support stocktake and cycle count activities.
• Supervise warehouse personnel and allocate daily work.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and performance.
• Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach to work
