Job summary

Our client, Kuehne+Nagel, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily Batam operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage and dispatch. You will lead a team, monitor inventory levels, and implement safety and process improvements while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, a solid understanding of WMS and SAP, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in warehouse supervision and leadership roles is required.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, SAP, RF scanning and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient workflow.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed within the warehouse.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with regular cycle counts and reporting.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
• Report on daily activities and performance metrics.
