Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in Batam to lead and optimize daily warehouse activities, manage staffing, and ensure KPI achievement. This role requires strong leadership, WMS/SAP proficiency, and a focus on safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support start-up or transition projects in a dynamic Contract Logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse operations.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/people management role.
• Experience with WMS, SAP and RF scanning.
• Strong KPI delivery, productivity and service focus.
• Experience with start-up/transition projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse activities, staffing and resource allocation daily.
• Achieve KPI targets in management, productivity and customer service.
• Ensure equipment/assets are operated responsibly and safely.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies at all times.
