Job summary

BYD Company Limited is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, manage a warehouse team, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and production to meet on-time order fulfillment.

The role requires 1.5+ years of warehouse experience, strong knowledge of processes, and proficiency with SAP or similar WMS/ERP systems. Fluency in English is needed; Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• 1.5+ years of warehouse experience in operational roles.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Safety awareness and ability to enforce safety procedures; manpower coordination.
• Training skills to onboard, coach, and upskill warehouse team members.
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication; Chinese proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receiving, storage, processing, and shipping of goods.
• Manage the warehouse team including shift scheduling, task allocation, performance reviews, and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety (K3) procedures, quality policies, and SOPs.
• Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and production teams to support stock availability and on-time order fulfillment.
• Oversee incoming goods receiving, quality/quantity checks, documentation, and correct placement in storage locations.
• Supervise picking, packing, and shipping activities, including preparation of related documents.
• Monitor inventory, perform stock reconciliation, and drive corrective actions for discrepancies.
• Control warehouse equipment maintenance and ensure tools are available and in safe working condition.
• Prepare and report warehouse operational KPIs and propose process improvements.
• Handle operational escalations and support service improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives.
