Job summary

Segari is seeking a night-shift warehouse supervisor to lead a 40+ member team and manage night-time shipping operations. You will oversee inbound, putaway, picking, and packing activities, ensuring targets are met through cross-team coordination.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering preferred), 2–3 years in supervision, and strong leadership, analytics, and communication skills. Night shifts, vehicle ownership, and a dynamic environment are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum; Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Male, under 40.
• 2–3 years as Supervisor or at least 2 years as Senior Supervisor.
• Experience leading a 40+ person team.
• Familiar with inbound, putaway, picking, packing.
• Familiar with WMS or PDT.
• Proficient in Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, SUM).
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication.
• Willing to night shifts; 5 days on, 2 days off.
• Owns a personal vehicle.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, Industrial Engineering preferred (other majors considered).
• 2–3 years of experience as a Supervisor, or minimum 2 years as a Senior Supervisor.
• Experience managing a team of 40 or more people.
• Understanding of warehouse processes: inbound, putaway, picking, and packing.
• Familiar with WMS (Warehouse Management System) or PDT.
• Proficient in Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, SUM).
• Strong leadership, analytical skills, and effective communication.
• Able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Owns a personal vehicle.
• Willing to work night shifts until early morning, 5 working days / 2 days off.
