Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan memimpin tim, penjadwalan shift, dan pelatihan sehingga proses berjalan lancar serta tepat waktu.

Qualifications

• Mampu mengawasi operasi gudang harian dan kepatuhan SOP.
• Berpengalaman dengan SAP/WMS dan dokumentasi gudang.
• Menyusun laporan KPI gudang secara rutin.

Responsibilities

• Mengawasi penerimaan, penyimpanan, pemrosesan, dan pengiriman barang secara efisien.
• Mengelola tim gudang, penjadwalan shift, pelatihan, dan evaluasi kinerja.
• Menjaga kepatuhan keselamatan kerja (K3) dan SOP.
• Berkolaborasi dengan logistik, pembelian, dan produksi untuk ketersediaan stok.
• Mengontrol penerimaan barang masuk, pemeriksaan kualitas/kuantitas, dan penempatan lokasi yang tepat.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receiving, storage, processing, and shipping of goods.


• Manage the warehouse team including shift scheduling, task allocation, performance reviews, and coaching.


• Ensure compliance with workplace safety (K3) procedures, quality policies, and standard operating procedures.


• Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and production teams to support stock availability and on-time order fulfillment.


• Oversee incoming goods receiving, quality/quantity checks, accurate documentation, and correct placement in storage locations.


• Supervise picking, packing, and shipping activities, including preparation of related documents (e.g., packing lists and delivery orders).


• Monitor inventory regularly, perform stock reconciliation, and drive corrective actions for discrepancies.


• Control warehouse equipment maintenance and ensure tools are available and in safe working condition (forklift, pallet jack, shelving).


• Prepare and report warehouse operational KPIs (inventory accuracy, lead time, order fulfillment) and propose process improvements.


• Handle operational escalations and support service improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree.


• At least 1.5 years of warehouse (WHS) experience in operational roles.


• Strong knowledge of warehouse operational processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.


• Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for warehouse operations and inventory management.


• Safety awareness and ability to enforce safety procedures; competence in manpower control and workforce coordination.


• Training skills to onboard, coach, and upskill warehouse team members.


• Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


• Good communication skills in English; Chinese proficiency is a plus.

• Ensure receiving activities are carried out according to procedures, including document checks, and quality/quantity verification.


• Arrange storage and manage stock rotation to minimize damage, loss, and expired inventory.


• Manage picking, packing, and shipping processes with high accuracy and in line with delivery schedules.


• Prepare daily/weekly reports on warehouse activities, team performance, and operational indicators.


• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure warehouse equipment is safe, available, and properly maintained.


• Enforce safety and quality standards and conduct safety training for the warehouse team.


• Support inventory audits and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes.
