Job summary

PetroSea is seeking a site-based Mechanical Supervisor to oversee mechanical and piping activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution while optimizing availability.

The role includes developing schedules with material and manpower, supervising to ensure technical accuracy, monitoring progress, and maintaining SHE programs aligned with ISO standards; requires Bachelor's in Engineering and 1–3 years in mechanical discipline; English proficiency is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Min. 1-3 years experience in mechanical discipline.
• Experience with project drawing development or design engineering.
• Broad knowledge in mechanical systems.

• Leadership and communication/presentation skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisors to develop work schedules including parts, materials, and manpower.
• Assist Supervisors to supervise activities to ensure work is technically correct and safe and cost effective.
• Monitor schedule implementation to ensure completion per work instructions.
• Maintain and implement SHE programs and SHE Management System to meet ISO/SMK3/SMKP standards.

Assist Mechanical / Piping Supervisor to supervise activities to ensure work is technically correct and performed in a safe and cost effective manner. Supervisory appraisal

Assist Mechanical / Piping Supervisor to monitor schedule implementation to ensure all scheduled work is completed in accordance with work instructions and schedules. Schedule compliance

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

• SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

Certification
