Job summary

PetroSea seeks a senior logistics coordinator to oversee transshipment and mobilization/demobilization of equipment. You will manage interfaces among procurement, transport, surveyors, and warehousing to ensure timely, cost-effective support for Mobilize HV equipment and materials.

The role requires 10+ years in mining/construction logistics, knowledge of warehouse control and regulatory import/export, and ES&M systems; English fluency is a plus and site-based work is expected.

Qualifications

• Min. 10 years working experiences in dealing with Logistics in Mining or Construction company.
• Understanding knowledge of Warehouse and Inventory Control and Supply Chain Management, national Project Supply Chain, PTK007 and international import/export legislation.
• Awareness of ERP system such as Avantis, SAP, or JD Edwards would be an advantage but are not essential; Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Fully understanding with EMS (Environmental Management System).
• Familiar with Plant and Equipment and able to operate.
• Able to work under high pressure.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage.
• Willing to be based on Site.
