Job summary

Kenvue in Jakarta is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Specialist to manage warehouse and logistics operations and drive operational excellence within a future-ready supply chain. You will ensure inventory accuracy, coordinate compliant material movement, and lead digitalization projects while adhering to GMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

The role reports to the Warehouse Lead and requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3–5 years of logistics

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
3–5 years in supply chain operations, warehouse, or logistics.
Strong knowledge of SAP and inventory management.
Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound, storage, and outbound.
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting and controls.
Coordinate logistics for timely, compliant product movement.
Oversee bonded zone and customs documentation and audits.
Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive warehouse digitalization and automation projects.
Monitor KPIs to improve productivity, service, and cost.
