Job summary

Kenvue Inc. is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Specialist to oversee warehouse and logistics operations in Jakarta. The role focuses on driving efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across inbound, storage, outbound, and customs processes.

Located onsite in Jakarta, the position reports to the Warehouse Lead and requires 3–5 years in supply chain roles, a strong analytical mindset, and proficiency in SAP and Excel. Join a global team delivering consumer health products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• Knowledge of inventory management and SAP.
• Understanding of GMP, GDP, Quality Systems and regulatory requirements.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound, storage, inventory control and outbound activities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and robust controls.
• Coordinate logistics for timely, cost-efficient product movement.
• Oversee bonded zone and customs compliance, documentation and audits.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive warehouse digitalization and automation projects.
• Monitor KPIs and improve productivity, service, quality, and cost.
• Maintain GMP/GDP/EHS compliance and data integrity practices.
