Job summary

Samoedera in Batam is seeking a Warehouse Admin to bridge physical stock with digital records. You will manage inventory accuracy, process shipping documents, and support daily logistics operations.

The role requires a diploma or degree in business/logistics, 1–3 years admin experience in warehousing, proficiency in WMS/ERP and Excel, plus forklift certification. You will collaborate with carriers and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 1–3 years of administrative experience in a warehouse/logistics setting.
• Proficiency with Inventory Management Systems (WMS/ERP) and MS Excel.
• Strong numerical capability, high attention to detail, and solid organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication to interact with carriers and internal teams.
• Forklift license/certification with hands-on forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records by updating stock levels and cycle counts.
• Process incoming/outgoing shipment documentation such as POs, goods receipts, and delivery notes.
• Coordinate with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal departments for pick-ups and deliveries.
• Inspect received goods for quantity, quality, and damages before logging them into the system.
• Prepare regular reporting on stock movements, discrepancies, and warehouse performance.
• Maintain physical and digital archives for warehouse transactions and audits.
• Enforce safety procedures and SOPs in the warehouse.
