Job summary

RGE (Royal Golden Eagle) seeks an Admin, Warehouse to support the daily operations of the warehouse at PT. Sari Dumai Oleo. This role handles administrative tasks, inventory management support, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods.

The candidate will process records, verify shipping documents, conduct regular counts, and coordinate with logistics and sales to ensure timely delivery while maintaining filing systems and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in an administrative or warehouse support role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with inventory management software is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Ability to lift and move up to 15 kg occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, including data entry into inventory management systems.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, waybills, and delivery orders.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Coordinate with logistics and sales departments to ensure timely delivery and dispatch of products.
• Maintain an organized filing system for all warehouse-related documents.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding stock levels and shipment status.
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies within the warehouse environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
