Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Warehouse Operational Excellence Specialist to drive efficiency and performance in our Jakarta-based warehouse operations. You will optimize processes, plan capacity and resources, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, service, quality, and cost.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in warehouse operations or planning, with Lean Six Sigma experience and strong data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in planning, Operational Excellence, continuous improvement, or warehouse operations.
• Strong experience in operational or supply planning, capacity planning, resource planning, and performance management.
• Solid knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, RCA, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Analytical capability to use operational data to identify losses, bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities.
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization/analytics tools.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse planning, including workload, capacity, manpower, storage utilization, and resource requirements.
• Translate production, supply, and demand plans into inbound, storage, material movement, and outbound plans.
• Identify capacity constraints and bottlenecks; develop mitigation plans for continuity.
• Monitor warehouse performance through KPIs, trends, and loss analysis; drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics to improve end-to-end material flow.
