Job summary

Kenvue is seeking an Operational Excellence Lead for the Indonesia site in Jakarta. You will spearhead the site’s transformation agenda, drive Lean and OEE improvements, and lead NPD/NPI and manufacturing readiness with cross-functional teams.

The role requires at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership position within manufacturing, with strong capability in structured problem solving, GMP awareness, and governance. This is an onsite role at the Jakarta site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role in manufacturing or operations.
• Proven track record in driving operational excellence and business transformation.
• Experience leading NPD/NPI, product transfers, and cross-functional programs.
• Strong command of Lean, Kaizen, OEE, Six Sigma, and structured problem solving.
• End-to-end project management with governance and risk management.
• Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead site Operational Excellence strategy, transformation agenda and improvement roadmap.
• Drive lean initiatives, OEE improvements, productivity gains and loss elimination.
• Identify opportunities based on performance and value creation; establish sustainable ownership.
• Coordinate NPD/NPI, product transfers and manufacturing readiness activities.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and Regulatory to enable delivery.
• Manage cross-functional projects from initiation to stabilization and governance.
• Accelerate digitalization, automation and data-driven decision making across site operations.
• Build organizational capability in continuous improvement and Lean methods.
