Job summary

ParagonCorp is seeking a warehouse operations lead in Jakarta to manage daily activities, ensure stock accuracy, and drive KPI improvements. You will supervise staff, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and optimize processes for efficiency and cost control.

The role requires a strong background in logistics, leadership skills, and familiarity with WMS and inventory systems, with 0–3 years of relevant experience. On-site work in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or 3+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations
• Strong understanding of WMS and inventory control systems
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock audits
• Monitor and improve warehouse KPIs (OTIF, productivity, accuracy, shrinkage, etc.)
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including manpower planning and performance management
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and transportation teams to ensure smooth operations
• Optimize warehouse layout, processes, and systems to improve efficiency and reduce cost
• Handle reporting and operational analysis for continuous improvement
