Job summary

Kenvue is seeking an Operational Excellence Lead to drive the site transformation in Jakarta. You will spearhead Lean, OEE, and productivity initiatives, and lead NPD/NPI and product transfer activities while partnering with R&D, Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution.

The role is based on-site at the Integrated Healthcare Indonesia site in Jakarta/Bogor, demanding strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and hands-on delivery to achieve measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a managerial or leadership role in manufacturing or related fields.
• Proven track record in Operational Excellence and business transformation.
• Experience leading NPD/NPI, product transfers, and cross-functional projects.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, OEE, and structured problem solving.
• End-to-end project management capabilities across governance and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site OpEx strategy, transformation agenda, and improvement roadmap.
• Drive LEAN, Kaizen, OEE improvement, productivity, and loss elimination.
• Identify opportunities based on performance, business needs, and value creation.
• Establish a continuous improvement culture with clear ownership and outcomes.
• Lead NPD/NPI, product transfers, and manufacturing readiness activities.
• Partner with R&D, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, Regulatory, and Manufacturing.
• Lead complex cross-functional projects from initiation through stabilization.
• Drive digitalization, automation, and process optimization across site operations.
• Build organizational capability in continuous improvement and project management.
