Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, accuracy, and service quality.
• Support the implementation and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, automation technologies, and inventory management solutions.
• Coordinate warehouse development projects including layout redesign, process improvements, system enhancements, and new technology implementations.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely execution.
• Manage and improve inventory control processes, including accuracy, stock movement, storage optimization, and order fulfillment.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze warehouse KPIs and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Identify and implement Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean Warehouse, 5S, Kaizen, and other methodologies.
• Assist in planning and monitoring warehouse development project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support warehouse development initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and project updates for management and stakeholders.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.

Analyze and improve warehouse processes to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, accuracy, and service quality.

Assist in planning and monitoring warehouse development project budgets while identifying cost-saving and cost-optimization opportunities.

Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and operational documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Procurement, and Finance, to support warehouse development initiatives.

Prepare presentations, reports, and project updates for management and key stakeholders.

Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
