Job summary

Jabil in Indonesia seeks a Warehouse professional to coordinate and execute material transfers, receive and ship documentation, and operate transfer equipment. You will promote SAP data integrity and collaborate across departments to ensure accurate, timely material movement.

As needed, you may supervise warehouse clerks in the supervisor’s absence. Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach are essential, along with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Diploma degree (D3) or equivalent; associate's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a coordination or supervisory role.
• Proficiency with WMS, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SAP S4/Hana IMWM is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift certification a plus).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Interacts with other functional areas to assure that material is received, distributed and shipped accurately and in a timely manner as required.
