Job summary

PT Sunrise Indonesia, a warehouse and distribution partner in Indonesia, seeks a warehouse administrator to manage inventory, processing orders, and stock control. You will work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate transactions and timely deliveries.

The role requires strong Excel skills, familiarity with ERP/inventory software, and the ability to analyze stock data for reports. English communication is needed in daily operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or order processing.
• Understanding of DO, picking list, packing list, sales order, goods receipt, and returns flow.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot, shortcuts).
• Experience with ERP or inventory software is an advantage.
• Strong data analysis to read stock and sales data and prepare reports.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners.
• Ability to communicate in English in a working environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders (B2B and modern trade) accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with warehouse for picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure timely delivery.
• Track order processing and delivery status; liaise with logistics providers.
• Administer goods receipt and check against PO/documents for quality and quantity.
• Update stock records daily and conduct stock checks and stock opname.
• Prepare periodic warehouse reports: stock, goods receipt, distribution, and returns.
• Support sales with stock availability information and follow the sales plan.
