Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business admin, or related field.
• 1–3 years of warehouse administration or inventory control experience.
• Proficient with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and records.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for finished goods, including movements.
• Process warehouse documentation like DOs, shipping manifests, and stock transfers.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales for timely information exchange.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Organize filing systems for warehouse documents for easy retrieval.
• Support stock counts and reconciliation activities.
• Communicate order status and delivery schedules with stakeholders.
• Maintain a clean, organized administrative workspace.
• Assist in other duties as assigned by Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
