Job summary

PT NOVA MODULAR INDONESIA, Bali facility, is hiring a dedicated warehouse professional for a full-time role. The job focuses on receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, maintaining inventory accuracy and meeting delivery commitments.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety and efficiency in daily operations. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, familiarity with warehouse management systems, and the ability to operate forklifts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in a warehouse or distribution centre environment.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and basic computer skills.
• Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks and operate machinery such as forklifts.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to health and safety standards and best practices.
• Reliability, punctuality and a professional work ethic.
• Relevant certifications for operating warehouse equipment (e.g. forklift license) are advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early starts and potential overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, unloading and inspecting incoming goods for quality and accuracy against delivery documentation
• Organising and storing goods in designated locations using appropriate warehouse systems and procedures
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock counts to ensure data integrity
• Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch in accordance with customer requirements
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
• Loading goods onto vehicles for distribution to customers and ensuring proper securing of cargo
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Identifying and reporting any discrepancies, damaged goods or operational issues to management
• Following established warehouse procedures and contributing to continuous process improvements
• Supporting other team members and collaborating to meet operational targets and deadlines
