Job summary

PT. HUAYUE NICKEL COBALT is seeking an experienced OHS System Staff for its Mining, Minerals & Metals operations in Sulawesi Tenggara. The role requires a Bachelor in OHS, at least 3 years in manufacturing, and the ability to design and maintain an OHS management system.

You will conduct OHS audits, perform risk analyses on work accidents and exposure to hazardous materials, and deliver clear reporting with improvement recommendations. Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 and SMK3 PP No.

• Minimum work experience of 3 years in manufacturing as a OHS system staff.

• Experience or skills in conducting OHS audits.
• Ability to conduct risk analysis related to work accidents and dangerous materials.
• Clear and accurate OHS reporting skills, including improvement recommendations.
• Strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of the organization.
• Understanding ISO 45001:2018 and SMK3 PP No. 50 of 2012.
• Must have a general OHS expert certificate and SMK3 auditor from the Ministry of Manpower.
