Job summary

PT. Precision Pipe Indonesia is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the HSE Management System.

The role requires ensuring compliance with Indonesian HSE regulations and driving proactive safety initiatives across the manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include leading risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, and safety training, with a focus on continuous improvement and strong collaboration with authorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven HSE experience in manufacturing with strong leadership
• Expertise in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SMK3 compliance and audits
• Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, emergency response, and contractor safety management
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the HSE Management System.

• Monitor HSE performance through KPIs and provide regular reports to management.

Key responsibilities

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

Minimum 8 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial position

Experience in steel, pipe manufacturing, fabrication, heavy industry, or oil & gas is highly preferred

Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SMK3, and Indonesian HSE regulations

Experienced in risk assessment (HIRADC/JSA), incident investigation, emergency response, and contractor safety management

Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office; English communication is required, while Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
