PT. Precision Pipe Indonesia is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the HSE Management System.
The role requires ensuring compliance with Indonesian HSE regulations and driving proactive safety initiatives across the manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include leading risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, and safety training, with a focus on continuous improvement and strong collaboration with authorities
Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Management System. Lead HSE risk assessments, incident investigations, inspections, and corrective/preventive actions. Manage ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and SMK3 implementation, including internal and external audits.
Key responsibilities
Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Management System
Ensure compliance with Indonesian HSE regulations, environmental laws, and company policies
Lead HSE risk assessments, incident investigations, inspections, and corrective/preventive actions
Manage ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and SMK3 implementation, including internal and external audits
Develop safety procedures, emergency response plans, and environmental management programs
Monitor HSE performance through KPIs and provide regular reports to management
Conduct HSE training, safety campaigns, and promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization
Coordinate with government authorities, customers, and external auditors regarding HSE compliance
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 8 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial position
Experience in steel, pipe manufacturing, fabrication, heavy industry, or oil & gas is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SMK3, and Indonesian HSE regulations
Experienced in risk assessment (HIRADC/JSA), incident investigation, emergency response, and contractor safety management
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; English communication is required, while Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
