Job summary

ibis Surabaya City Center, part of AccorHotels Indonesia, seeks a friendly Food & Beverage Attendant to greet guests, take and serve orders, and ensure timely, accurate service in our dining area. You will coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to deliver a smooth guest experience and uphold cleanliness.

Requirements include at least 1 year in a similar role, fluent English and local language, and a guest‑oriented, service‑minded attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in the same field.
• Fluent in English and local language; additional languages are a plus.
• Guest oriented and service minded.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by taking and serving food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and respond to guest requests.

Job description

ibis Surabaya City Center is strategically located in the heart of the city. Close to the famous historical place in Surabaya, Tugu Pahlawan, easy access from Gubeng Railway Station, 40 minutes from Juanda International Airport and within walking distance to the banks, government offices, and shopping center.

The hotel offers 224 comfortable rooms and air-conditioned rooms equipped, all-day Dining restaurant, lobby bar and meeting rooms.

Responsible for providing excellent guest service by taking and serving food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, responding to guest requests, and coordinating with the kitchen and other departments to ensure a smooth and pleasant dining experience.

Having experience at the same field min 1 years.

Fluent in English (and national language) others language a plus.
