Job summary

Pesona Lounge Ubud in Bali is seeking a Waiter / Waitress (FOH) who brings warmth, reliability and a passion for hospitality. You will engage guests with attentive service and help create memorable experiences.

Responsibilities include detailing the menu, upselling thoughtfully, taking accurate orders, and coordinating with the kitchen and bar while maintaining cleanliness and handling special requests gracefully. Weekend and holiday shifts are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Good spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Friendly, communicative and positive attitude.
• Reliable, punctual and well-groomed.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work efficiently during busy service.
• Knowledge of cuisine is an advantage but is not required.
