Qualifications

• Previous waiter/waitress experience preferred.
• Bahasa Indonesia required.
• Friendly, confident and well-presented.
• Honest, punctual and responsible.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Based in Lombok or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally.
• Present the menu and explain dishes, ingredients and current promotions.
• Have complete knowledge of the food and beverage menu.
• Take orders accurately and enter them correctly into the POS system.
• Recommend dishes, drinks, desserts and additional items to increase guest satisfaction and sales.
• Serve food and beverages according to OZ service standards.
• Check guest satisfaction shortly after serving each order.
• Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests or complaints.
• Prepare tables, cutlery and service areas before each shift.
