Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of waiter/waitress experience in hospitality.
• Experience in premium/high-volume restaurants is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English preferred.
• Able to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Assist guests with seating and provide menus.
• Explain menu items, ingredients, daily specials, promotions, and beverage selections.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure their needs are met.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Handle guest complaints appropriately and report issues.
• Prepare tables and service stations before opening.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently during service.
