Job summary

Savaya Group in Bali is seeking a Waiter to join our luxury dining team, delivering thoughtful service and expert knowledge to create seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure.

You will welcome guests, take orders, recommend menu items, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and maintain impeccable table presentation and grooming to uphold our standards of excellence.

As a Waiter, you will be an important part of the guest experience, representing the venue through polished service, strong product knowledge, and attentive interaction. You will work closely with the Front of House team to ensure every guest receives a seamless and memorable dining experience, from arrival through departure. This is a hands-on service role for someone who understands that luxury hospitality is not only about what is served, but how every detail is delivered.

What You'll Be Doing

You will be responsible for welcoming and attending to guests throughout their dining experience, ensuring that service is professional, attentive, and personalized.

You will take accurate food and beverage orders, provide knowledgeable recommendations, explain menu items when required, and ensure that all orders are delivered correctly and efficiently. You will maintain close communication with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service and promptly address any guest requests or concerns.

You will also be expected to maintain the highest standards of table presentation, cleanliness, service sequence, and personal grooming. During busy service periods, you will remain composed and attentive while working closely with the team to ensure consistency across the dining experience.

Beyond service, you will contribute to maintaining the overall ambience and standards of the venue, support opening and closing procedures, and ensure that all guest interactions reflect the standards of a luxury dining environment.

Could This Be You?

• Do you have experience as a Waiter, Server, or similar Front of House role in a luxury restaurant, fine dining restaurant, hotel, or high-end hospitality venue?
• Are you confident communicating with guests in a warm, polished, and professional manner?
• Do you have strong knowledge or interest in food, beverages, and dining service?
• Can you confidently recommend menu items and respond to guest questions?
• Are you attentive to detail and able to anticipate guest needs?
• Can you remain calm, composed, and professional during busy service?
• Do you understand the importance of grooming, table presentation, and service etiquette in luxury hospitality?
• Are you a team player who can communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and Front of House teams?
• Are you comfortable working shifts, weekends, public holidays, and peak dining periods?
• Can you communicate professionally in both English and Bahasa Indonesia?
