Job summary

PT. Indosat Tbk in Jakarta seeks a seasoned professional to lead HBB & B2B network planning and solutions. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, drive end-to-end lifecycle planning, and manage budgets and partnerships for optimal network performance.

Responsibilities include KPI establishment, stakeholder alignment, team mentoring, and external relationship management to ensure value-driven, compliant network delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of FTTH and FWA technologies and network architecture principles.
• Strong understanding of B2B business and solution
• Professional certification in Network Engineering
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards for telecommunications.

Responsibilities

• Establish divisional KPI based on organizational scorecard for HBB & B2B Planning tasks.
• Manage division budget and monitor utilization to ensure alignment with goals.
• Capture HBB & B2B requirements and align with IOH/CKH/OG for 1- to 5-year roadmaps.
• Set design principles on HBB, SLA and KPI to drive best-in-class network delivery.
• Develop and mentor team members to achieve divisional objectives.
• Serve as company representative for external relations and manage 3rd-party partnerships.
