Job summary

PT Indointernet Tbk (Indonet) is seeking a Manager to oversee the planning, development, and deployment of the FTTH/FTTx fiber optic network. You will drive network planning, survey, design, permitting, and handover, ensuring scalable and reliable infrastructure for customer growth and business needs.

You will lead engineering and design, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and manage budgets, schedules, and quality to deliver on-time network expansion across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Responsible for managing planning, development, construction, and expansion of the FTTH/FTTx fiber optic network, from network planning, survey, design, permitting, and project execution through to handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering and design process for the FTTH/FTTx network.
• Plan network development including FTTH/FTTx, access, distribution, backhaul, and backbone.
• Coordinate permits and ROW; manage project scope, timeline, and budget.
• Control quality of contractor/vendor work; manage risks and handover documents.
