Job summary

FINNS Beach Club Bali is seeking a detail-oriented Guest Experience Coordinator to support the GEM team and ensure exceptional guest journeys. You will manage guest data, assist VIP guests, and collect feedback to raise service standards, while collaborating with Front of House, Reservations, and Event teams.

Experience in administrative roles and a customer-facing hospitality background, plus fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, are required.

• Proven experience in administrative roles, data management, scheduling and workflow coordination.
• Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest-facing roles.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident, service-minded and solution-oriented.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily GEMs administrative duties, including guest log sheets, incident reports, and feedback databases.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for VIP guests, special requests, and high-priority inquiries.
• Proactively collect and analyze guest feedback to continually elevate service standards.
• Coordinate with Front of House, Reservations, and Event teams to ensure flawless guest journeys.
• Resolve guest complaints and feedback swiftly with grace and professionalism.
• Track, compile, and distribute daily/weekly Guest Satisfaction & Net Promoter Score (NPS) reports to management.
• Maintain organized digital filing systems for VIP profiles, guest preferences, and internal department memos.
