Job summary

FINNS Beach Club Bali is seeking an organized Guest Experience Coordinator to ensure personalized service for every guest journey on-site in Bali. This role collaborates with FOH, Reservations and Events to deliver a world-class experience.

You will manage guest interactions, collect feedback, and support VIP guests with a proactive, service-minded attitude in a fast-paced environment. The role requires flexibility, weekend/holiday availability, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administrative roles, specializing in data management, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
• Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest-facing role.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident, service-minded and solution-oriented.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily GEMs administrative duties, including guest log sheets, incident reports, and feedback databases.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for VIP guests, special requests, and high-priority inquiries.
• Proactively collect and analyze guest feedback to continually elevate service standards.
• Coordinate with Front of House, Reservations, and Event teams to ensure flawless guest journeys.
• Resolve guest complaints and feedback swiftly with grace and professionalism.
• Track, compile, and distribute daily/weekly Guest Satisfaction & Net Promoter Score (NPS) reports to management.
• Maintain organized digital filing systems for VIP profiles, guest preferences, and internal department memos.
