Job summary

Balinest Villa Management in Bali seeks a friendly Bellboy to create a positive first impression for guests from arrival to departure. You will assist with luggage, welcome guests warmly, and support the Front Office during check-in and check-out.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK graduate; Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Bellboy or in a similar role; fresh graduates welcome.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication.
• Physically fit and able to lift luggage safely; able to work rotating shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.

Assist guests with carrying and transporting luggage to and from their rooms.

Support the Front Office team during check-in and check-out processes.

Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, local attractions, transportation, and nearby destinations.

Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries.

Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments to ensure excellent guest service.

Store and retrieve guests' luggage safely when required.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage area.

Arrange transportation or assist guests with taxi bookings when needed.

Handle guests' belongings with care and ensure their security at all times.

Perform other duties assigned by the Front Office Supervisor or Duty Manager.

Qualifications

Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate; Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism is preferred.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bellboy, Porter, or in a similar hospitality role.

Fresh graduates with a Hospitality or Tourism background are welcome to apply.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.

Physically fit and able to lift and carry guests' luggage safely.

Honest, responsible, disciplined, and reliable.

Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
