Job summary

Bright Business Bali seeks a dedicated Villa Butler to deliver a five-star hospitality experience at our Seminyak villas. You will welcome guests, coordinate concierge services, and ensure breakfast and refreshments align with guest preferences.

You’ll work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to maintain pristine villa presentation, anticipate guest needs, and uphold health and safety standards while offering flexible weekend availability in Bali.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality or villa service is advantageous.
• Good English communication skills; other languages a plus.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance with passion for guest service.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Seminyak, Bali.
