Job summary

Balinest Villa Management in Bali is seeking a friendly Bell Attendant to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and help with arrival and departure procedures across our villas.

The role involves coordinating with front desk and housekeeping, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring safe luggage handling. A strong service orientation, good English, and a neat appearance are essential; willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Bell Attendant, Concierge, Guest Service Agent, or similar hospitality position.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic to good English communication skills.
• Friendly, polite, helpful, and service-oriented personality.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Physically fit and able to handle and carry guest luggage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and good time-management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good knowledge of the local area is an advantage.
• Having a valid driving license (SIM A/SIM C) is an advantage, depending on operational requirements.
• Bali-based candidates are preferred, or candidates must be willing to work in the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements and airport transfers.
• Deliver luggage, packages, documents and guest requests.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping and other departments.
• Maintain luggage area and bell desk cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with guest requests and ensure they are handled promptly and professionally.
• Ensure professional appearance and hospitality service at all times.
