Job summary

INSHI in Bali seeks an experienced Villa Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of a premium villa property. You will lead cross-functional teams, enforce SOPs, manage inventory and training, and deliver on-site hands-on support as needed.

Fluent English required; Bahasa Indonesia helpful for local staff. You will report to the General Manager and help develop and sharpen operational standards across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management within premium/luxury hospitality.
• Fluent English required; Bahasa Indonesia helpful for local staff.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams (Housekeeping, Engineering/Maintenance, Front Office/Guest Relations, Security).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily villa operations and maintain premium service standards.
• Coordinate and supervise cross-functional teams across departments.
• Implement and update SOPs in the company knowledge base.
• Conduct staff training on hospitality and guest service standards.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and amenities; submit purchasing requests.
• Ensure timely handling of operational and guest-related issues.
• Maintain communication between departments and management.
• Deliver daily operational reports to the General Manager.
• Provide hands-on on-site support when required.
