Job summary

Patra Legal Consultant in Bali is seeking a hands-on Guest Relations professional to oversee villa operations and guest experiences. The role includes supervising housekeeping and maintenance, coordinating staff, and ensuring SOPs are followed to deliver outstanding service.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of GRO/Villa Supervisor experience, excellent English, strong leadership, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in villa

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a GRO, Villa Supervisor, or Butler.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Experience supervising and coordinating Housekeeping and Maintenance teams.
• Ability to monitor staff performance, assign daily tasks, and ensure SOPs and service standards are followed.
• Ability to handle guest requests, complaints, and emergency situations professionally and efficiently.
• Experience with guest check-in/check-out procedures, villa operations, and basic administrative tasks.
• Ability to inspect villas before guest arrival and ensure the highest cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management.
• Proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently.
• Based in Bali or willing to work in the area.

Responsibilities
