Recruitment in Bali is seeking a proactive Guest Relations & Concierge Manager to elevate guest experiences across Bingin and Uluwatu private villas. You will oversee communications, concierge services and supplier partnerships to ensure seamless stays.

This full-time role demands English fluency, strong organisation and the ability to drive revenue through upselling, with collaboration with Villa Operations & Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in hospitality, guest relations or villa management.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Airbnb or Booking.com and hospitality management systems.
• Commercial mindset with initiative and ability to work independently.
• Willing to relocate near Bingin/Uluwatu and flexible weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest communication via Guesty, Airbnb, Booking.com and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate arrivals, check-ins/outs and special requests.
• Handle complaints professionally with follow-up.
• Develop and manage concierge services (private chefs, transfers, massages, tours).
• Identify, select and negotiate with external suppliers.
• Build supplier relationships for pricing and service quality.
• Promote concierge services to drive revenue.
• Monitor supplier performance, costs, bookings and profitability.
• Maintain guest records, concierge administration and daily reports.
• Support Villa Operations & Quality Manager on guest services.
