Job summary

PT Premi Residen Manajemen is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Housekeeping to oversee daily operations across villas, public areas, gym facilities, and back-of-house areas. The role requires 4–6 years in housekeeping and at least 2 years in supervision, with strong English and Indonesian communication.

Based in Bali, you will train staff, manage inventories, optimize cost control, and ensure SOPs are followed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of housekeeping experience in hospitality.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience in villas, resorts, or hotels preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping SOPs, room inspections, and villa turnover operations.
• Good English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.
• Applicants must be based in Bali.
• Available to commence employment within 1–2 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across villas, public areas, gym, and back-of-house.
• Supervise staff workloads and allocate tasks.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules and villa turnovers.
• Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness and SOP compliance.
• Identify deficiencies and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Train, coach, and monitor housekeeping staff.
• Manage linen, guest amenities, supplies, uniforms, and inventory.
• Monitor consumption, minimize waste, and support cost control.
• Handle housekeeping-related guest requests and complaints.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain attendance records, inspection checklists, and operational reports.
