Job summary

PT Paradise Villas Group is seeking a proactive Villa Manager to oversee daily villa operations in Kerobokan and Seminyak, Bali. You will lead a team of staff, coordinate maintenance and housekeeping, and ensure premier guest experiences with high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have proven villa management experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, and knowledge of local regulations. This role requires reliable motorbike transportation and a presence in Bali.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Villa Manager or in a similar hospitality role.

Qualifications & experience

Proven experience as a Villa Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is highly preferred.

Tasks & responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the villa.

Ensure exceptional guest experiences by providing high-quality service.

Supervise and train villa staff to ensure they meet the company standards and SOPs.

Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to maintain the villa in top condition. Arrange for and oversee villa maintenance tasks.

Handle guest inquiries and complaints, mostly in person, professionally and efficiently.
