Job summary

Kerjim UMA Villas is seeking a responsible, detail-oriented Butler/Housekeeping Staff member to join our team in Bali. You will maintain room cleanliness, prepare rooms for guest arrivals, and ensure guests enjoy a clean, comfortable stay.

The ideal candidate has prior housekeeping or hospitality experience, a keen eye for cleanliness, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Shifts include weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, hotel, villa, or hospitality is preferred.
• Attention to detail and a good sense of cleanliness.
• Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties.
• Honest, disciplined, responsible, and hardworking.
• Friendly attitude and good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms before arrival.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of rooms, bathrooms, and villa areas as assigned.
• Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities.
• Check room condition and ensure all items are properly arranged.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or missing amenities.
• Assist guests with requests and provide friendly service when needed.
• Follow cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure rooms are ready on time.
