Kerjim Wooden Villa is seeking a Daily Worker Butler in Bali to support daily villa operations and deliver excellent guest experiences. You will warmly welcome guests, assist with needs, and help with check-in/check-out while coordinating with front desk and housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, villa operations, or guest service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist guests with their needs and requests during their stay.
• Support guest check-in and check-out procedures when required.
• Assist with luggage handling and guest arrangements.
• Coordinate with the front office, housekeeping, and other departments.
• Help maintain the cleanliness, comfort, and readiness of guest areas.
• Provide information about villa facilities and available services.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Support daily villa operations according to the supervisor's instructions.
• Maintain hospitality service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
