PT Global Mega Servis, Bali-based villa operator, seeks a dedicated Butler to welcome guests, assist with check-in, explain facilities, and ensure the villa is ready and inviting.

You will perform daily housekeeping, make beds, serve breakfast on request, coordinate with maintenance, and arrange guest services. Fluent English is required; a Diploma or Bachelor in Hospitality or Tourism is preferred; 1–2 years in hospitality or villa service; flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Hospitality/Tourism or related field.
• 1–2 years in hospitality, villa service, or a similar role.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests on arrival and assist with check-in.
• Provide villa orientation and explain facilities.
• Perform daily housekeeping of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels as needed.
• Ensure villa is clean and ready before guest arrival.
• Assist guests with daily needs and requests.
• Prepare and serve breakfast or other requested foods.
• Coordinate with maintenance to address issues.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
• Arrange guest services like transportation, tours, and reservations.
• Monitor damages and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain inventory of guest supplies and amenities.
• Uphold guest privacy and confidentiality.
