BougainVilla Bali is seeking a professional Villa Butler to join our luxury hospitality team in Klungkung District, Bali. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on delivering personalised service and ensuring every guest stay exceeds expectations.

You will greet guests, coordinate housekeeping, manage guest requests, arrange experiences, and maintain villa standards. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in hospitality, strong English communication, and a passion for Balinese culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in hospitality or guest services in villa, hotel or luxury settings.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to provide discreet, professional service.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities; flexible to weekend/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and present villa amenities with warmth.
• Manage daily housekeeping coordination to maintain high villa standards.

BougainVilla Bali is seeking a professional and dedicated Villa Butler to join our hospitality team in Klungkung District, Bali. The Villa Butler is a full-time position based on-site and will be the cornerstone of our guests' experience, providing exceptional personalised service and ensuring that every aspect of their stay exceeds expectations.

What you'll be doing

Greeting guests upon arrival and providing a warm welcome, whilst presenting villa amenities and facilities

Managing daily housekeeping operations and coordinating with housekeeping staff to maintain impeccable villa standards

Handling guest requests and special requirements promptly and professionally, ensuring swift resolution of any concerns

Arranging and coordinating services such as spa treatments, dining experiences, activity bookings and transportation

Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of local attractions, restaurants and experiences to provide informed recommendations

Managing villa inventory, supplies and provisions, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times

Assisting with meal service, beverage preparation and dining arrangements as required

Conducting end-of-stay inspections and coordinating turnover preparations between guests

Communicating effectively with management and other team members to ensure seamless operations

Upholding health, safety and security protocols throughout the villa

Proven experience in hospitality or guest services in villa, hotel or luxury hospitality management, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide discreet, professional service.

Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
