La Finca Management is seeking a Villa Acquisition Manager in Bali to expand the villa management portfolio. You will prospect villas, meet owners, inspect properties, and conduct market research to develop opportunities.
Responsibilities include preparing management proposals, coordinating handovers to operations, and reporting revenue projections. Candidates should have a strong Bali villa owner network and travel willingness.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully bringing villas under management.
- Strong network of villa owners in Bali.
- Experience in sales, business development, or villa/property management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good English, spoken and written.
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel for site visits.
