The role requires at least 2 years as a Villa Manager with hospitality experience, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of property maintenance. English proficiency is essential; multilingualism is a plus.

• Act as the primary point of contact between management and villa owners, ensuring they are informed about status and operations.
• Collaborate with owners to incorporate preferences into upgrade and maintenance plans.

Villa Manager duties and responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning, including housekeeping, maintenance, security, and landscaping.
• Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
• Address guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Manage villa budgets, including cost control for operations and maintenance.
